One pricing capability. Connected across the journey.

Menu Pricing is a shared capability within the exsto platform. It makes pricing available to the relevant connected workflows — instead of maintaining disconnected pricing logic in separate systems across automotive retail.

Shared across the platform

Built once. Used where it matters.

Menu Pricing sits across the Domains rather than inside any one of them. It is available to relevant connected workflows across the platform — the exact relationship with each Domain depends on how exsto is deployed.

Not every deployment uses Menu Pricing with all four Domains.

Why it matters

Pricing that belongs to the journey.

Consistency

Pricing does not need to be recreated independently across disconnected customer journeys.

Control

A shared capability gives a clearer place for the pricing used by connected workflows.

Connectivity

Pricing takes part in wider exsto journeys rather than existing as an isolated price list.

Across the platform

One capability. Different roles across the platform.

Each relationship is different, but the capability is the same — shared pricing, available where the connected journey needs it.

Service

Menu Pricing has an important relationship with aftersales. Within exsto.Service, pricing can support the connected service journey — such as booking and workshop-to-customer interactions.

Sales

Menu Pricing remains separate from vehicle stock pricing. Where it takes part in Sales journeys, it does so as a shared platform capability — AutoPrice belongs to exsto.Sales and Stock Master.

Commerce

Menu Pricing is not a Commerce module. Where an amount from a priced journey later becomes a payment interaction, the platform keeps that journey connected.

CRM / Customer Experience

exsto.CRM does not own Menu Pricing. Where pricing context helps during customer engagement, it is available through the connected platform — and reaches customers through the relevant Domain workflow and the appropriate digital journey, such as Glovebox.

OEM & national programmes

Built for consistency at network scale.

Menu Pricing has particular relevance where pricing needs to stay consistent across many sites in a programme.

Retailers

Access pricing within the connected journeys they already use.

Dealer groups

Support greater consistency across participating sites.

OEM / national programmes

Support centrally defined programme requirements across participating networks.

Connected into the wider platform

Sitting on the shared exsto foundation.

Menu Pricing connects through the same foundation as the rest of the platform — and, where available, its activity can contribute to connected reporting.
