SEAT and CUPRA online booking integration now live in exsto
SEAT and CUPRA online service bookings now flow directly into your exsto workshop diary, using live availability and reducing manual administration.

exsto is now directly integrated with the SEAT and CUPRA Online Booking Tools, connecting their online service booking journeys with your exsto workshop diary. Customers can select an appointment using live diary availability, and their booking is created directly in exsto for your team to review.
The integration removes the need to process these online bookings through Lead Inbox. It reduces manual administration while keeping the review and acceptance step within your existing exsto booking process.
Live workshop availability at the point of booking
When a customer books a service through the SEAT or CUPRA Online Booking Tool, the appointment availability presented to them is based on your live exsto workshop diary. This connects the customer's choice of date and time directly to the availability held in exsto.
For customers, this means a booking journey that reflects your workshop's availability when they select their appointment. For your team, it brings bookings from the manufacturer’s online booking platform into the diary they already use, rather than requiring a separate Lead Inbox processing step.
Bookings created directly in exsto
Customer bookings made through the SEAT and CUPRA Online Booking Tools are created automatically in your exsto workshop diary. The direct connection reduces the manual administration involved in bringing an online booking into your workshop process.
**Automatic booking creation does not mean automatic acceptance.** Your team still needs to review the booking details and accept the booking in exsto. This distinction is important: the integration changes how these bookings arrive, while retaining the acceptance step before they pass to your DMS.
How to review and accept a booking
Bookings from the SEAT and CUPRA Online Booking Tools appear in the **New** section within exsto. This is where your team should review the customer’s booking details and accept the booking, rather than looking for it in Lead Inbox.
Once the booking has been accepted, the reservation is passed to your DMS and the repair order is created as normal. Your existing process therefore continues after acceptance, with the online booking becoming part of the same workshop booking journey.
The sequence for your team is straightforward: review the booking in **New**, check the details and accept it. Acceptance remains a required action; creating the booking in the diary is not the final step in processing it.
eDynamix is looking to streamline this further through automatic acceptance of these bookings. That is a future improvement, not part of the current process. For now, teams should continue to review and accept each booking before it passes to the DMS.
Automatic enablement for existing customers
For existing exsto customers using the SEAT and CUPRA Online Booking Tools, the integration will be enabled for your site automatically. There is no action required from your team to enable it.
Your existing exsto processes remain in place. The key operational change is where these bookings arrive: directly in exsto, ready for review in **New**, without the need to process them through Lead Inbox. Teams handling online service bookings should be aware of that change and the continuing requirement to accept each booking.
If you have questions about the integration, its enablement at your site or how your team should process these bookings, please contact your **eDynamix Account Manager**.
