Enhancement: prevent overlapping MOT bookings
When a waiting MOT is booked in exsto.Service (Workshop+), booking protection prevents a second MOT from being scheduled at the same time. This helps workshop teams avoid booking clashes when a customer is waiting for their vehicle.
